The Advanced Systems Lab is a nefarious science laboratory and a location featured in the Lego-based animated series Ninjago. This facility where the Kingdom of Imperium makes it's inventions by inhumanely draining the draconic energy from all other dragons that have been captured and even slain.
History[]

During the Advanced Systems Lab operation, Dr. LaRow created several inventions that managed to perfect the Kingdom of Imperium to an extent causing the Empress Beatrix to take notice.
Later when Sora was invited by Dr. LaRow to the Advanced Systems Lab, Sora soon realized the Advanced Systems Lab was draining dragon's energy causing the dragon's pain in order to make their inventions and powering the Kingdom. With Dr. LaRow telling Sora the reason she wanted her to work in the lab is because to continue hunting down dragons and draining their energy to powering the kingdom.
With Empress Beatrix's ultimate defeat, it remains unknown if the lab is still operating as the Kingdom of Imperium reformed.
Known workers[]
There are several scientists that worked for the Advanced Systems Lab.
- Dr. LaRow (head scientist) - She is the head scientist of the Advanced Systems Lab and is mostly in charge of everything going on in the lab.
- Jordana (scientist; formerly) - She is one of the known scientists of the Advanced Systems Lab and worked for the lab until ultimately leaving after getting invited to a different plan with Lord Ras.
Known inventions[]
- Imperium Drones: Drones used to attack dragons harming them.
- Imperium Swords: Swords that can switch between modes (the modes are blaster, blade, taser, and whip). Using the whip mode, it can be used as a type of rope capturing dragons.
- Hover chariots: A type of vehicle that flies in the air, usually used by the Claws of Imperium to chase after dragons and hunting them down.
- Photacs: An invention first made by Sora but was quickly used by the Advanced Systems Lab and the Claws of Imperium, it's an indestructible hard light. But It was later ultimately deactivated by Sora.
- Imperium Dragon Core: A dragon core made by Jordana to help Empress Beatrix activate the MergeQuake Weapon and helping her destroy the Ninja. This was the only invention made not to hunt dragons.
