Supervillains only have access to the Bank of Evil. Mr. Perkins owns it, and the only way to access it is via a covert eye scanner in one of the bank's restrooms.The bank functioned as the hidden section in Minion Rush's Downtown location (discontinued for iOS and Android). As part of his training to become a villain under the guidance of Wild Knuckles, Gru stole the Mona Lisa painting when he was younger in Minions: The Rise of Gru.

The Bank of Evil is a large, red structure.The words "THE BANK OF EVIL" are written beneath the half-circle, along with seats. The dollar sign is displayed on the large red doors. When Vector fires his Squid Launcher, it appears like Mr. Perkins's office is above.
There are marble columns down the lengthy corridor, and sculptures of men are straining to keep them in place. Gru gets disturbed as he walks into the bank in the first movie when he sees the statue being crushed to death in the last columns.
