“ | No-one was around to stop the Wolfgang from taking over when he arrived! Now he's building the ultimate speaker, the Big Bad Woofer, which is so loud, it make everything blow up! | „ |
~ Da Pinchy about the Big Bad Woofer. |
The Big Bad Woofer is a weapon used by Wolfgang in the videogame Skylanders: Trap Team. It is a gigantic subwoofer that is so loud that using it destroys everything in the vicinity. It is also equipped with cannons and mechanical arms to grab passing ships.
After travelling 10,000 years into the future, Wolfgang conquers Skylands and begins constructing the Big Bad Woofer. Once construction is completed, Wolfgang prepares for "the loudest concert ever". He intends to destroy everything in Skylands by using the Big Bad Woofer to broadcast his concert. To stop Wolfgang, the Skylanders travel to the future to capture him.
On arrival, the Skylanders witness a sound check using the Big Bad Woofer, which is loud enough to shatter glass and deafen everyone in the vicinity. They approach the Woofer, which fires on them with its cannons. After dodging the missiles, the Skylanders meet up with the resistance, who take them onboard the Woofer to find Wolfgang. Along the way, two gigantic grabber arms are deployed by the Big Bad Woofer, but are destroyed by a laser cannon.
Eventually, with the help of a Mabu named Zeta Blobbers, the Skylanders discover the blueprints for the Big Bad Woofer. The Woofer then immediately takes off to begin the concert. Zeta Blobbers takes the Skylanders up to space to pursue it, and using the blueprints they locate the conduits powering the Woofer. Despite being fired at by cannons and obstructed by a force field generated around the Big Bad Woofer, they manage to destroy the conduits. The Woofer is deactivated and the Skylanders proceed to the inside, where they defeat and capture Wolfgang.
