The Black Pandora Panel is a panel of the Pandora's Box in Kamen Rider Build.

The Black Pandora Panel was developed by Evolt and scientist Shinobu Katsuragi. Evolt sought out the Panel's power as a solution to the large amounts of energy expended when traveling between planets to devour them. Once the Panel is equipped with 10 Lost Bottles, Evolt can absorb it and gain the power of warp travel, enabling him to teleport between planets and hold onto the majority of the energy he absorbs from them. With the power of the Black Pandora Panel and the 10 Lost Bottles, Evolt intended to devour every planet in the universe so he could remake it into a new world and become God of it.

However, Shinobu figured out Evolt's true ambitions and developed a counter to the Black Pandora Panel in the form of the White Pandora Panel, which had the power to undo all the damage Evolt had done by merging Earth with a parallel world. The White Pandora Panel would be completed by Sento Kiryu from the blueprints Shinobu had devised, and then used to defeat Evolt and make him into a power source for the merging of the two worlds.
