Imperial Battlecruisers are battleships used by the Imperial Alliance. Their main weapon is a laser cannon on the front of their hulls. They can be deployed from an Imperial Flagship and each carries six Astrofighters which it can deploy at any time.
History[]
During the Imperial Alliance's first assault on Earth, Imperial Battlecruisers were used to attack the planet by Commander Makara, who placed her right-hand man Captain Orion in charge of directing them.
When the X-Bomber left Earth with Lamia, Imperial Battlecruisers were sent out from the Imperial Flagship in subsequent attempts to intercept or destroy the X-Bomber and kidnap Lamia.
Captain Orion would later steal a Battlecruiser and pilot it himself to attack X-Bomber in order to regain his lost honor. The Battlecruiser was destroyed when Orion deliberately rammed it into the X-Bomber in a suicide charge that dealt damage to the X-Bomber.
