SCP-330, also known as Take Only Two, is a safe-class SCP item in SCP Foundation's containment.

Description

SCP-330 was discovered 3 days after of Halloween via a police investigation, after they discovered cases of what appeared to believed as some ritualistic dismemberment. SCP-330 was seized as evidence, but all attending officers were killed after one of them emptied the bowl of its contents. The Foundation's Agents, under the guise of federal agents, recovered the object with acceptable casualties.

SCP-330 is a small, round and stainless bowl filled with several pieces of candies. A note was taped to the side of the bowl, warning that people should take no more than two, and any attempts to remove the note have met with failure, as have attempts to hide or obscure it. Testers have noted finding it impossible to avoid reading the note, and those who approach it from an opposite angle are aware of this request.

When at least three pieces of candy is removed around the same time, regardless of the means involved, the offender's hands would be severed by unknown force or method instantly, even if they were operating machine to take it without any direct contact.

It was also shown that another Class D personnel who wore protethsistic hands would have an impulse to pull them off once they took more than two candies, and this impulse would only wane after 24 hours, when he would put them back on.

It is to be noted that the third piece must be removed within a certain timeframe. After 24 hours, the count "resets", and additional candy can be removed.

After a recent incident happened after a doctor had attempted to steal candies from the object, SCP-330 was relocated in secure storage until further notice.

In Unity's SCP - Containment Breach

SCP-330 appears in the Unity edition of SCP - Containment Breach. It is located within its containment chamber. When the player walks up to SCP-330, they are able to take two pieces candy out of it without any harm. However, if the player takes more than 2 pieces their hands will be instantaneously slashed off, which in turn makes the player bleed out. The player is not able to check their inventory or open any doors after this interaction. They will quickly die from blood loss.

The candies in the bowl, known as SCP-330 Candy, come in yellow, red, and blue colors. When consumed, the candy will heal a small amount of health. If placed through SCP-914 on the 1:1 setting, the candy will change colors. If placed through on the fine setting, it will turn into a Hurry's Bar, which grants more healing and a short speed boost. If placed through on the very fine setting, it will turn into a Crash Bar, which heals the player, before randomly either making the player speed up significantly, makes the player vomit, kills the player, or any combination of those effects.
