It has come to our attention that a recently blocked user's previous heated debacle about her dubious fan-made png picture titled "Blue Eyes Toon Dragon.png" has gotten out of hand with her refusing to posted by anyone else unless her consent is given. Now everyone, please remember that if a copyright violation is reported an accused user is found guilty of stealing or borrowing a user's artworks without his or her consent given the evidence, that guilty person will face a (longer) block. No excuses & no exceptions. It is imperative & relevant that everyone in the community understand this issue is more necessary to prevent a future incident from happening again.
